original and intact c. 1940's vintage american industrial oversized stationary factory workbench fabricated by the lyon metallic mfg. co., aurora, il. the reinforced industrial table contains a nicely worn and weathered maple wood top that has been lightly refinished and treated with a clear coat lacquer. the workbench contains three heavy duty formed channel shape steel legs with flared feet for added support and stability. the two bulky pull-out drawers are comprised of wood. the original "factory green" enameled finish remains largely intact. salvaged from a chicago boiler works factory. measures 87 x 36 x 33 inches.
