c. 1930's glazed white porcelain skyscraper style interior wall sconce. this type of utilitarian fixture was often used in the bathroom or kitchen area. the single light, bare bulb fixture has a very sleek and streamlined design with stepped sides. the fixture contains an outlet receptacle for use with an electric appliance. the faceted on/off knob is a much nicer feature than the standard pull chain. measures 7 1/4 x 4 1/4 x 3 1/2 inches.
