late 1920's original and intact vintage american interior single electric light pendant fixture salvaged from an old five-and-dome woolworths. the american electric ceiling light features a spun yellow brass fitter and canopy with original rayon cloth cord and socket. the original acorn-shaped opalescent white "schoolhouse" shade or globe remains in great condition. additional chain links can be added if increased height is desired. the fixture was likely fabricated by the harry alter lighting co., chicago, il. measures approximately 38 inches in height and 14 inches in diameter. other pendants from this salvage available.
