pair of original antique american industrial wall mount early electric single arm sconces salvaged from an old railroad depot. the bent tubular arm fixtures were fabricated by benjamin electric. the original "flemish" finish, consisting of an antique brass with japanned (i.e., baked black enameled "wash") accent, remains remarkably intact. the cold-rolled deep bowl steel reflectors retain the original green porcelain enameled finish. the keyless p & s sockets contains patented perkins "uno" spring shade holders. the drop cord push button "pendant switches" are original to the sconces. rewired with period appropriate twisted black cloth lamp cord. priced for the pair.
