rare and hard to find all original and completely intact antique american art deco patented pressed glass replacement wall sconce slip shade fabricated by the beardslee chandelier mfg. co., chicago, il. the highly sought after replacement shade was designed and patented by albert j. d. ohm for beardslee. this unusual variation contains the exact same profile as the more common white and orange shades - both in terms or grooves and general shape. the finish however, is different in that the shade contains a pink enameled application with repeating chevron motifs and has an allover iridescent finish. two matching wall sconce slip shades are available. both shades are in excellent overall condition. date to the depression era.
