fully functional early 20th century antique american single electric light residential pendant fixture designed and fabricated by r. williamson & co., chicago, ills. the fixture contains a cased glass green "emeralite" shade with "uno" fitter free from cracks or breaks. the pendant light was salvaged from a chicago residence undergoing demolition. the fixture retains the original pressed brass ornamental ceiling canopy, chain and decorative connector designed to extend the chain. the socket was likely replaced during the 1920's. great overall condition. measures 41 inches in height x 7 3 /4 in diameter.
