highly sought after original early 20th century antique american medical hospital operating room stationary work station or surgical instrument tray cabinet designed and fabricated by the columbus aseptic furniture co., columbus, oh. the refinished storage cabinet contains a bank of sliding drawers on one side, with all the original drawer pulls intact and fastened tightly in place. the opposite side contains a single hinged cabinet door with clear pane of glass. the spacious interior has been thoroughly cleaned, but left unaltered (e.g., repainted). the drop-down cabinet door located in the bottom right corner is affixed to the cabinet with spring-loaded hinges. the medical supply cabinet is in great overall condition considering age. the brushed metal finish has been treated with a clear coat lacquer. measures 30 x 16 x 34 1/2 inches.
