c. 1940's vintage american industrial stationary factory machine shop side table salvaged from a chicago metal stamping factory. the table base is comprised of pressed and folded furniture sheet steel with brushed metal finish. the tabletop consists of a solid rock hard maple wood block affixed tightly to the underside of the freestanding base. the custom-built factory work table measures 18 1/2 x 20 x 36 inches.
