largely intact american 19th century victorian era majolica glazed portrait tile featuring a female profile with an eerily blank expression. the exact tile fabricator is not known. the c. 1890's ceramic tile contains an allover heavily crazed finish. any and all mortar or brick has been carefully removed from the backside of the tile. no manufacturing evident. 6 x 6"
