Description
late 1930's vintage medical varnished walnut wood bent tubular steel "sterilizer" side table or workstation. often used in barbershops, beauty parlors or doctor examination rooms. contains a single pull-out drawer with original single chrome plated knob pulls. the drop-down hinged door features an elongated oval-shaped portal with textured glass. the four-legged base is comprised of steel with flared tubular legs. the rounded edge top retains the original black laminate inset, surround by a thin chromed steel border. the sides contain two cylindrical guard rails. fabricated by the emil j. paidar co., chicago, il. measures 31 x 19 x 30 inches.
