heavily illustrated "radford's details of building construction" informational book or guide, containing 185 unique full page detailed drawings or schematics. the portfolio is a collection of full-page plates accurately drawn by skilled draftsmen and reproduced to exact scale, showing clearly the details of 1911 building construction and finish. the buckram cloth hardcover book contains four main sections including details of construction and finish, details of frame and masonry construction, details of miscellaneous building and "the handy man's friend" how to make a thousand and one useful things. this 1911 hardcover book is in good condition for its age. the cover still retains its brightly colored blue lettering and detailed illustration. the corners of the cover are bent and the cloth is detaching from one corner only. the binding remains intact with slight separation in the front due to wear and tear on the spine. the interior pages contain highly detailed drawings with only a few tears and pencil marks from a previous owner.
