original and largely intact late 1920's american antique industrial compartmentalized "small parts" refinished workbench cabinet salvaged from an old chicago steam gauge factory. the freestanding cabinet contains a total of eight pull-out drawers comprised entirely of pressed and folded galvanized steel with unique turned and tapered wood drawer pulls. the cabinet is fashioned from pine wood with a nicely worn finish. the upright cabinet remains structurally sound and intact. measures 13 x 11 3/4 x 23 inches.
