original and intact american depression era interior downtown chicago retail store advertising hand-stitched "radio" banner or valance designed and fabricated exclusively by the joseph korach co., clevelanf, oh. the ornamental cloth drapery likely was mounted across a storefront window, possibly concealing structural fixtures and/or showcase lighting. the advertising banner contains a black tasseled bottom with cursive lettering outlined in gold and a black line border. the custom-made "korrect" valance remains in great shape, considering age.
