completely intact c. 1930's vintage medical "steel line" hospital operating room medical supply cart and/or cabinet salvaged from the old cook county hospital, chicago, il. the cabinet contains two pull-out drawers with streamlined style black bakelite pulls. the two cabinet doors with functional barrel hinges, retain the original "skyscraper" style pulls, comprised of black bakelite. the cabinet table top is comprised of heavy gauge cold rolled steel with original white porcelain enameled finish intact. the three-sided folded steel rail guard is tightly affixed to the top. manufactured by the shampaine co., st. louis, mo. retains the original white enameled finish. measures 33 1/2 x 18 1/4 x 33 inches.
