original and fully functional oversized red painted clipper strip revolving display rack salvaged from an old red owl grocery store. the exact fabricator is not known. the lightweight packaged product display rack contains a multitude of detachable clip or clipper strips for mounting chip bags and the like. the revolving or spinning rack is supported by a four-legged x-shaped base with steel disc "shoes" for added stability. the rack is comprised of steel with a mostly uniform red paint finish. the clips are free from damage. likely manufactured in the 1960's. unique store display fixture. base measures 17 inches, display height measures at 62 1/4 inches.
