largely intact and fully functional american vintage industrial stationary pedestal type rotating turnstile purportedly salvaged from wrigley field. multiple variations of the park's turnstiles were used as technology evolved. the very top of the turnstile likely contained a mechanical counter (long since removed). the old paint finish is weathered and worn, especially along the very bottom. the pedestal stand is supported by a flared circular-shaped base with multiple holes for anchoring against the floor. the bent tubular metal stiles are in good overall condition.. the tapered cast iron column supports the rotating stiles. designed and fabricated by the h. v. bright turnstile company, chicago, il. only one available. measures 39 3/4 wide x 41 1/2 inches high. base measures 17 inches in diameter.
