original antique late nineteenth century amber glass pint bottle fabricated for chicago brewer henn & gabler. the slender body tapers into a long neck with blobtop collar. the front body is embossed inside a circular slug plate "henn & gabler / brewing co / chicago." the base is smooth and embossed "c.c.g. co / 4." crudities are typical of its age and date of manufacture, including minor surface wear or discoloration from having been dug.
