original and completely intact 19th century interior residential antique american eastlake style ornamental cast iron and brass double pocket door hardware lockset with original and fully functional skeleton key. the "windsor" pattern pocket door set was designed and fabricated by the reading hardware company, reading, pa. the residential sliding door mortise locks consist of a skeleton key, sliding handles, "finger" lock and ornamented face plates. the four matching escutcheons with deeply recessed handles retain traces of the original copper-plated finish. priced for the lot. pocket door hardware measures 2 1/8 x 5 1/4 x 1/2 inches. smaller mortise measures 7 5/8 in length across the face plate, and 2 1/2 x 5 1/2 across the lock. the larger mortise measures 7 1/2 across the face plate, and 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 across the lock.
