lot of twelve all original and completely intact c.1850's-1860's vibrantly colored green and blue-green glass blobtop soda bottles fabricated for various bottlers in philadelphia, pa. the collection includes six bottles manufactured for eugene roussel, and a single bottle each fabricated for william riddle, johnston & co., willard & mountain, e. postens, c. burkhardt, and charles joly. the lot includes bottles with smooth base and iron pontiled kickup, and represents an impressive cross-section of colors, embossing styles, and bottle shape. crudities are typical of age and date of manufacture.
