very unique low-lying four-legged refinished stationary factory office register machine side table designed and fabricated for or by the standard register co., dayton, oh. the brushed metal table is supported by reinforced cylindrical-shaped steel legs. the top consists of cold-rolled steel sheet metal with rounded edges. the original stamped brass manufacturer's plaque containing multiple patent dates is riveted tightly against the front apron. the brushed steel finish has been sealed with a clear coat finish. measures approximately 17 1/2 x 12 x 24 inches.
