original late 19th century interior residential "palma" pattern some-shaped wrought steel doorknob designed and fabricated by the norwalk lock co., norwalk, conn. the banded rim passage size doorknob contains lightly embossed detail, accentuated with a dark metallic bronze inlay. surface wear evident. measures approximately 2 1/8 inches in diameter.
