early 20th century american vintage industrial draftsman table or drawing board. the heavily reinforced cast iron three-legged stationary base features fanciful cabriole style legs. the heavy gauge iron sliding spindle or telescoping support member is firmly attached to a solid white oak drawing board that tilts and rotates to any desired angle or position. the fanciful faucet style cast iron handles are all original and intact. the weighted stationary tripod base contains a uniform black enameled finish. likely fabricated by the eugene dietzgen co., principal factory, chicago, il. top measures 26 x 21 inches.
