stunning early 20th century leaded art glass scenic transom window designed and fabricated by the schuler & mueller ornamental glass company, chicago, ills. the vibrantly colored interior residential window is largely intact with no major damage evident. the c. 1905 oversized scenic style transom window was salvaged from an incredible chicago craftsman residence demolished in 2006. the art glass panel retains the original painted wood sash window frame. the distinctive leaded glass window features a gated city, surrounded by clouds and a striking sun ray motif above the domed temples. the mystical city is flanked by columns with pedestal bases. the window was fabricated by schuler & mueller of chicago. measures 6 feet in length by 28 inches in height.
