refinished c. 1940's vintage american industrial freestanding interior barbershop "costumer" model coat rack fabricated by peedees inc., winona lake, ind. the floor model coat rack has been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the revolving garment rack was designed and patented by inventor paul d. parks for peedees. the large double hooks (four in total) are original and free from damage. the heavy weighted cast iron circular-shaped base remains in great condition. the well-maintained coat rack measures 67 inches in height. the rotating top section containing the hooks can be detached from the upright tubular pole and base. measures 16 inches wide x 66 inches high.
