early to mid-1870's antique american fanciful antique salvaged chicago painted pine wood door possibly designed and fabricated by palmer, fuller & company, chicago, ills. the exterior residential raised panel door contains distinctive built-up molding with allover crazed paint. the door was salvaged from a chicago cottage undergoing demolition. the post-fire chicago salvaged door is structurally sound and stable. measures 34 x 2 x 83 inches.
