all original and completely intact c. 1930's vintage american interior passage door lockset salvaged from a chicago bungalow residence undergoing renovation. the hardware components include a working mortise lock, doorknobs and escutcheons. the pressed "crystal" glass doorknobs are affixed to spun brass shanks with threaded openings for set screw and spindle. the lock box is comprised of black enameled cast iron with brass face plate. the latch and dead bolts are in working condition. original skeleton key(s) lost long ago. the petite escutcheons are made of stamped brass. the naturally aged surface patina remains mostly consistent throughout. several matching sets available. manufactured by the national lock co., rockford, il. mortise lock measures 5 1/4 x 7/8 x 3 1/4 inches. priced per lockset.
