exceptionally well-built original early 20th century "explosion proof" milwaukee paint factory wall-mount analog clock designed and fabricated by or for the general electric company, schenectady, n.y., u.s.a. the diminutive time clock contains a baked-on black enameled cast iron enclosure with a unusually thick cleat glass round protective cover fastened tightly into place. the type c-14 american made industrial wall clock contains fanciful bold black numerals along the clock face. the fanciful hour and minute hands, comprised of thin steel with a uniform black paint finish are original to the clock.
the compact and heavy clock measures 8 inches in diameter.
