well-maintained all original american depression era unrestored "u select-it" food product vending machine salvaged from a new york city subway station. the heavy duty white porcelain enameled streamline style dispenser retains the original key to open the access panel for stocking the cabinet. the art deco style five cent wall-mount vending machine contains a centrally located clear glass viewing portal for selecting the packaged product. the coin slot and "dial" turn handle are in original and intact. the riveted aluminum information plaques with a baked red enameled finish are original and tightly affixed to the cold-rolled steel housing. the white porcelain or vitreous enameled finish remains in good condition, considering age. measures 9 x 10 x 48 inches.
