original and unrestored "new old stock" c. 1930's intact white porcelain or vitreous enameled cold-rolled steel "stenography" interior office door sign likely fabricated by the j. h. pollard company, brooklyn, n.y. the single-sided reinforced informational sign contains stamped brass grommets surrounding two opposed mounting screw holes. the elongated oval-shaped sign contains cobalt blue lettering against a bright white background. only one available. measures approximately 10 x 2 1/2 inches. great overall condition.
