early 20th century original american antique medical low-lying hospital operating room examination or surgeon's stool designed and fabricated by the feick brothers company, pittsburgh, pa. the diminutive four-legged stool contains a brushed steel finish that has been sealed with a clear coat lacquer to prevent surface corrosion. the pressed and folded seat is comprised of cold-rolled sheet iron. the solid steel rod stretchers are welded firmly in place. great overall condition. base measures at 15 inches. seat measures at 12 1/2 inches. height measures at 18 1/4 inches.
