completely original and intact depression era "aztec" style art deco neon clock. the neon is original, with the correct pink and green color configuration. the white enameled letters remain in great shape. the black paint finish and wavy glass cover are nearly perfect. the steel "can" or housing remains in great shape. exceptional stepped bezel design motif. the clock keeps precise time. removed from a basement storage room in an uptown chicago bank. manufactured by the electric neon clock co., based in cleveland, oh. dates to the early 1930's.
