exceptional c. 1920's original antique american new york city single electric light theater floodlight designed and fabricated by the curtis electric company, chicago, ills. the completely refinished cold-rolled iron and steel incandescent light fixture contains a hinged bezel with intact thick clear glass convex fresnel lens. the brushed metal portable floodlight retains the original interior detachable "gold armor" x-ray glass reflector shade with silver nitrated-painted lining. the medium-sized fixture with trunnion swivel mount has been sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the silvered glass reflector is free from breaks or cracks. note: the interior silvered glass shade has the same finish as the shade depicted in the listing. the holes along the hinged bezel are for ventilation purposes.
