rare softcover “architecture” periodical section ii of the december 1928 issue published by charles scribner’s sons in new york. the slim staple-bound booklet, separate from section i, includes 14 pages of intricate architectural drawings depicting the princeton chapel in princeton, new jersey. as advertised on the cover, these images, drawn by the architects cram & ferguson, “are some examples of…drawings made with joy and reverent care, made beautiful for their own sake.” there is a blue insert for subscription renewal, featuring a black and white photograph of a new york building facade. the booklet is in good condition. the cover is detaching slightly at the staples, but is otherwise intact and tightly bound. measures 9 x 12 inches.
