original early 20th century ornamental cast iron "monaco" pattern passage size doorknob designed and fabricated by the yale & towne mfg. co., stamford, ct. the refinished interior residential doorknob is dome-shaped with beaded border and centrally located floral motif. likely made between 1900-10. measures approximately 2 1/4 inches in diameter.
