original late 1940's american industrial reinforced brushed steel stationary storage cabinet likely fabricated by the simmons mfg. co., kenosha, wisc. the all-metal cabinet contains a single fully functional sliding drawer and a spacious compartment concealed by a single hinged cabinet door with original aluminum disc-shaped pull or handle. the four low-lying angled legs are structurally sound and stable. the multi-purpose cabinet has been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. great overall condition. originally used in a hospital setting. measures approximately 19 3/4 x 15 3/4 x 31 3/4 inches.
