completely refinished and/or rebuilt c. 1930's american vintage industrial two tier mobile factory cart comprised largely of welded joint angled iron. the two custom-built cedar wood enclosed bins are detachable. the larger of the two single compartment bins contains opposed carrying handles. the iron framework has been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the original"roll-ezy chief" double wheel trucks or casters were fabricated by the currie mfg. co., chicago, il. the swivel joint above the fork allows the fork to freely rotate about 360, thus enabling the two wheel to roll in any direction. the base plates contain lightly embossed manufacturer markings. the heavy duty truck casters were designed and patented by hugh a. currie. the mobile supply truck or cart measures 36 3/4 x 28 1/2 x 37 inches.
