completely refinished c. 1930's antique american industrial stationary multi-purpose or occasional table featuring a reinforced base removed from a larger machine lathe designed and fabricated by the south bend lathe works, south bend, ind. the lathe original contained two cabinet type bases with a solid cast iron table or platform supporting the lathe. the single base features a hinged and louvered door with knob pull. the brushed and sanded metal finish has been sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the newly added custom-built table is comprised of solid pine wood. very clean and ready for immediate use.
