original early 20th century heavy cast yellow brass apothecary or drugstore cabinet drawer pull fabricated by the garden city plating & mfg. co., chicago, il. the drawer pull contains an open slot for content identification labels or placards. the handle was salvaged from a badly damaged cabinet found in the basement of an old chicago pharmacy. the bin pull measures 3 1/4 x 1 1/2 inches.
