two matching refinished early 20th century antique american industrial cast iron "lincoln type" miller machine bases salvaged from an old shuttered factory once housing a turn of the century tinsmith shop. the reinforced curvaceous style legs with machine were disassembled and reconfigured into a topless base with angled steel stretchers and a wood plan shelf located where the legs curve. the stretchers and wood shelf can easily be removed from the legs if desired. both the heavy gauge pressed and folded angled steel stretchers and cast iron legs have been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer to prevent surface corrosion. the legs contain diminutive rounded edge square-shaped feet for added stability. priced for the pair of legs (including the bolted stretchers and wood undershelf). measures 26 x 26 x 24 inches.
