matching set of original 19th century american eastlake style "bamboo" pattern interior residential passage size doorknobs. manufactured around 1885 by branford lock works, ct. the antique doorknobs are comprised of cast brass metal with small traces of the original baked black enameled inlay. the banded rim doorknobs are ornamented on front and backside. salvaged from a chicago three-flat residence undergoing demolition. measure approximately 2 1/4 inches in diameter. priced for the pair.
