pair of original matching vintage american industrial galvanized steel locker room storage baskets designed and fabricated by the washburn company, andrews' division, rockford, il. the weathered and worn all-metal baskets are comprised largely of wire mesh with perforated sheet metal back and front panels. the school locker baskets retain the original galvanized finish with light pitting, surface wear and/or rust evident. the flush mount single-side stamped aluminum number identification badges or plaques retain the original baked black enameled finish. the plaques contain opposed rivets to ensure secure placement. the baskets were salvaged from city of detroit public schools. several matching baskets available. priced for the pair. each one measures approximately 12 x 13 x 8 inches.
