pair of original american industrial c. 1930's oversized ruby red ground glass convex lenses originally used on cove lighting units (concealed behind ornamental plaster) or high above the stage. the ground glass lenses were salvaged from the atmospheric style lawndale theatre. the lenses were manufactured by the belson mfg. co., chicago, il. manufacturer markings are lightly embossed within the center and along the edges of each lens. measure 11 inches in diameter. priced for the pair.
