very clean and visually appealing repurposed american industrial freestanding console or occasional table containing early 20th century cast iron factory machine bases or legs fabricated by the w.a. jones foundry & mach co., chicago, il. the console table contains a refinished solid cherry wood slab top supported by two matching cast iron legs with diminutive floor plates or "shoes" for added stability. the tabletop has been planed, sanded and sealed. the simple, yet elegant, curvaceous cast metal bases have been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. measures 50 x 32 x 31 inches.
