exceptional c. 1880's original antique american victorian era interior fireplace majolica tile assemblage featuring a an ornamental urn or flower pot with a sunflower spread across multiple 6 x 6 inch tiles. the brightly colored yellow majolica tiles are in good condition, considering age. wear and tear consistent with age. the fireplace surround tiles were removed from a chicago organ factory built in the mid-1880's. the building was demolished in the summer of 2016. priced for the lot. the tiles were designed and fabricated by the trent tile company, trenton, nj.
