completely intact early 20th century antique american ornamental cast iron freestanding coat rack. salvaged from an old recently shuttered milwaukee barbershop. features a gold metallic enameled finish. the four-legged cast iron base feature detailed claw feet. contains a multitude of single and double ball finial cast iron hooks mounted on the perimeter of the large center bent tubular steel ring. attributed to the emil j. paidar co., chicago, il. the coat rack remains free from cracks, broken castings and major surface wear (e.g., dents, holes, etc). measures 72 1/4 inches in height. the base measures 16 1/2 x 16 1/2 inches.
