original late 1930's vintage american industrial pipefitter handheld folded heavy gauge steel tool tote fabricated by the aurora metal products co., aurora, il. the weathered and worn tote has been brushed down to bare metal and treated with a clear coat lacquer. the undivided interior has been painted to match the exterior metal. the solid steel handle is supported by two angled a-frame metal straps with riveted joints. measures 14 1/2 x 10 x 7 inches.
