unique and completely intact all original c. 1940's american industrial single-sided richly colored bright red neon "24 hr photo service" salvaged chicago window display sign. the exact fabricator and/or shop owner is not known. the 1940's custom-built neon sign retains the original black painted wood housing or enclosure with undamaged clear glass protective pane of glass to protect the tubing. the single transformer is original and in great working condition. the second pictures shows the fixture when illuminated.
