completely refinished early 1940's american industrial mobile storage cabinet likely fabricated by the yawman & erbe co., rochester, ny. the factory office file cart is comprised of reinforced cold-rolled heavy gauge steel with two barrel-hinged cabinet doors with knob pull. the uniquely-shaped legs are comprised of lightweight tubular steel with original oversized bassick swivel casters. the newly added cherry wood tabletop has been refinished. the cabinet and legs have been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. salvaged from a chicago tire surplus center. measures 26 x 16 x 30 inches.
