lightweight mid-20th century vintage american industrial reinforced aluminum portable storage box or tote formerly used to store radio equipment. the exact fabricator is not known. the hinged-top box with rounded corners retains the original molded black plastic drop handle. the spacious interior has been emptied out. the aluminum body has been brushed and sanded down to bare meta and sealed with a clear coat lacquer.
