vintage commercial grade oversized cast aluminum spiral mixing bowl dough replacement hook salvaged from an old chicago public school cafeteria. the massive "j" hook was likely used with a giant freestanding hobart mixer. the reinforced aluminum hook attachment does contain surface wear and discoloration consistent with age and use. great repurpose potential as a pendant light fixture.
